The Georgia Open Records Act generally requires a response within three business days, but that response may provide a production date and cost rather than the records themselves.

Booking Logs and Recent Arrests
Webster County does not publish an official local booking roster found in the project research. Use Sumter's current-inmate list for a likely current placement, not as a permanent Webster arrest archive. Profiles can show custody status, days held, arresting agency, total bond, and charges. They may roll off after release and will not necessarily cover every booking destination.
For events that no longer appear, request the sheriff's arrest report and ask the jail for its intake record. Then check the courts. Magistrate Court keeps early warrant, bond, and preliminary-hearing material; Superior Court keeps a felony prosecution file. A roster answers “is this person listed here now?” It does not answer “what was the final outcome?”
Webster Arrests After Transfer
State and federal locators serve a later stage than a local booking roster. The GDC Find an Offender entry page explains that its results concern people in Georgia correctional custody or supervision. It is not a source for a fresh Webster County jail booking.

For an active warrant concern, contact the issuing court or counsel before appearing in person. Georgia warns that a person who arrives to ask about their own active warrant may be arrested.
Arrests Are Not Convictions
A Webster County arrest record shows that an agency took a person into custody on stated allegations. A conviction record shows a court's finding or accepted plea. Prosecutors can alter or decline charges, and courts can dismiss counts or find a person not guilty. The documents therefore belong to different custodians and prove different facts.
